It was a seamless process from start to finish. Everyone was so friendly and willing to answer our questions. If there were ever another occassion to need repairs we will always choose Star Auto Body to do the work.

You guys had our vehicle for a week before you even touched it. All that needed fixing was to replace the gas tank lid. My husband had to call to find out the status of the vehicle. He was told during that phone call that you guys were fixing it right then and there! As an added bonus, someone forgot to put the spring in the door so it took 2 people to open the gas tank door to gas the vehicle. You guys did order the spring and several days later you fixed it. I guess my expectations were a little bit higher. Thank you.

I normally don't write reviews however when I brought my 2011 Toyota Highlander for a paint issue they were not only accommodating but even called back to reschedule when I forgot. The paint repair was amazing (looked OEM). I highly recommend Star Body Works of Grants Pass and Medford.
