I have worked with Scott Adkins a few times now and I have to say that he provides top notch service. I tell everyone about him specifically and the service he provides. I actually spoke with another lady in my office who stated that she did have some issue with Reliable service recently and we discussed the individual assigned to her. Needless to say it was not Scott so I absolutely pressed her to specifically ask for him next time. I have never been disappointed in his follow through and willingness to go the extra mile. If you keep people like him then you will have no problem having a steady stream of satisfied customers! :)
The body work was great too and I want to brag on them as well, but I believe that it is the front line person that makes or breaks a business.

I have to say the service I recieved at the Collisuon center was great throughout. I also have to say that I'm not happy with the used car department. They knowingly sold me a damaged car and don't seem to care. They seem very put out that I have found damage that should've been taken care of prior to selling the vehicle. The drivers side window does not roll down smoothly and they think it not a problem thought the drivers side door had damage which are clearly causing the issue.
