WHen I first came into the repair shop I was asked to put down a $500 deposit (that was ran thru my bank). My husband questioned this when I told him, as I was not the at-fault driver and my claim was going through the other drivers insurance. I called and was told it was in error and was refunded to me. When I went in to pick up my rental car though Toyota they did not have a car scheduled for me, even though I had spoken to them earlier that week to confirm the rental and pick up. They did get me in a car after a bit of a wait. After those two mishaps the remainder of the experience was a good one and I am satisfied with the work done.
