Brian Goans was wonderful! He went above and beyond to answer ALL of my questions and I had a lot. Having to get a whole new bumper was not fun, but I trusted Brian and new it was the best choice and that he was doing everything to get me back on the road as soon as possible. Scott was available to do the final walk through and was wonderful as well. Forgive me for not remembering her name, but the the lady at the desk was also wonderful in explaining the paper work and helping me with insurance! I felt knowledgable throughout the whole process thanks to everyone especially Brian.
