I made my appointment over month in advanced that I would have my vehicle their between **** & 2 pm on 11/10 which I did that I needed it serviced, a rental car was needed, upon arrival I confirmed needed serviced, need to have it ready by Friday, my car wasn't serviced till next day and I was not scheduled for a rental car til the 12th, the employees there were nice enough to get me in a comfortable vehicle even though it was already promised.
