I was given repair approval on Saturday 6/6/2015. Camelback Toyota collision delayed repair four working days after evaluation. Toyota should begin repair on day of evaluation. USAA notified Enterprise that I needed a rental car on 6/6/2015. I brought my car in for repair 6/16/2015. Enterprise processed my credit card& drivers license, then waited 20 minutes to inform me they did not have any available rental cars. Camelback Toyota provided a rental car. I am really shocked at the decline in service at Camelback Toyota Collision. I DO LIKE CAMELBACK TOYOTA DEALERSHIP.
