Everyone did just great to make me feel I was really cared. Duane carefully listened my concerns and took care of them, and Darcy made sure to keep me updated. Also the ladies at reception desk was really friendly yet swift when it came to doing paperworks. (Sorry, didn'ask their names). Simply put, overall experience was smooth and stress-free. Thank you!

I was a little unsure when I initially dropped off my vehicle for repair, the place looked big and I felt like it wasn't going to be a very personal experience but more like a name and number. The communication with the staff was not consistent. I had to correct them many times that, though my ex was the primary insurance holder, I was the person with whom they'd be dealing.
Then the communication regarding the availability of my car was not ideal. I understand I brought it in just before Christmas. Yet, the next week it wasn't done. Someone called to update me on Dec 30 that it should be done on Dec 31. But on the 31st, I received no call.
Overall it was a good experience and now that I have separate insurance, I have no doubt the experience would be better.
