The work was absolutely amazing on my car, but the people who repaired it seem to be a little careless. I had some things hanging off of my rear view mirror, including a silver chain with a pendant that once belonged to my sister. She was killed a few years ago and this was really the only physical think I had left of her. Everything was on my rear view mirror when I dropped the car off. When I picked the car up, most of it was ripped off, including the chain. In fact, it must have been pulled pretty hard, because the chain is broken and the pendant is gone. Like I said, the work was fantastic, but the fact that something so close to me was destroyed and lost/possibly stolen by your repair crew is enough for me to not ever want to bring my car back if something were to happen to it. Thanks for the great work though, I guess.

Process was simple. I would have appreciated more frequent update status alerts. I like technicians are Toyota certified and I feel my repair was completed in a way to ensure a "like new" appearance and functionality. The car looks great. A job well done! The only thing which the guys were aware of before I left with the car is that the windshield washer light was showing on the dash board and they added window washer fluid to the container under the hood.
