From start to finish the whole team at camelback collision was amazing. We had a totaled car and they worked seamlessly with USAA to keep us up to day, in the know, and even taking the time to answer questions or provide guidance on next steps or what to expect.
Even when we realized we left our financial docs in the car, they took the time to have someone pick me up and take me to the car to retrieve them before the car was sent to auction.
I would recommend y’all and huge shout out to Scotty, the front desk staff, and the young gentleman that picked me up and asked how my day was and listened with intent. You’re so appreciated and I’m thankful we landed with you instead of anyone else. Hopefully we won’t have another accident to bring us in - but would choose you over any other options
