I am beyond frustrated with the fact that there was nothing wrong with my steering wheel buttons when I dropped off my car after the accident and I go to pick up my car yesterday to find out there weren't working. Of course I came right after work on a Friday so you all were closed by 6pm. I drove my car this morning to get to the gym and other appointments this morning noticing that the buttons to change the music and navigate on my touch screen weren't working. I called Camelback Collision several times without anyone helping me. By the time I spoke to someone from service he told me the collision center closed by 1pm. Also the inside of my car smelled like disgusting body odor and there are black marks everywhere and even on the ceiling. I'm so mad that no one could call me back or direct me to the right department when I called before 1pm. This needs to be fixed before I hit the road July 2nd

My rep (I’m sorry forgot name he was tall) let ma take my time after the work was doing and he answered questions even if it didn’t have to do with the particular place the car was worked on. I have to say that the lovely woman at the front desk today 06.04.2025 was absolutely exceptional. I did not catch her name unfortunately but she was just so kind and friendly and personable.
