Communication was good at the start but after the car was to be completed on Aug 7th, all communication stopped. Every time I called I was given the run around. Two different phone calls resulted in two opposite and contradictory statements. When the car was delivered to Rocky Mount I found the repair to be incomplete. Furthermore, I was told I would receive a complementary car wash and that did not happen.
