The settlement with the insurance company was a disaster. Caused me an extra $200.00 dollars in car rental. I was not pre-warned by either party of the pending result if not paid at time of completion. The USPS delivered check four days later. That point of contention could have been revealed at the time of assigning the job to you, unless of course you get commission on auto rental.

Overall I am satisfied. It's not perfect but the quality of the paint, the color match, etc. are very good. My disappointment is in one body panel (passenger front door doesn't line up with the rear passenger door at the bottom). This is something I discussed when I walked with the estimator. One of my past jobs was building houses. Sometimes a homeowner would ask me to fix something and I would know that the fix probably wouldn't be any better than the original problem. We don't live in a perfect world. There was also a fine white film of dust over the interior of the car. Overall I would recommend you guys again.
