Except for a rattle that happens when I accelerate, the headlights seem pointed wrong, and the hand brake needing adjustment, your employees were very good and helpful.

I was told that additional work was going to be done to touch up some scrapes and that the vehicle would be washed prior to pick up. Neither occurred.

My only concern is talking to my contact person I had too many promessed date of completion that did not happen. Don't make promesses you cannot keep.
I know about parts delays ect....
