Took a week and a half longer than it was supposed to then I had to bring it back because of a pinched wire that was preventing my hood from staying latched. I was able to drive out of there with an unsafe vehicle that could have turned deadly very quick! I will never use this body shop again nor will I recommend anyone else to either .

Long delays I can understand but the communication was lacking. I was told I would receive updates Tuesdays and Thursday's but if I received something once a week, I was lucky. I can see over spray from the clear coat. Bed bolt package wasn't installed and just left in the shipping box on my back seat ad now I am waiting for the diamond plate panels to come in so they can insatll them.

They’ve already contacted me. There was mold and glass still in it when I went to pick up the first time and they didn’t tell me about damage they decided wasn’t part of the accident until the day I first came to pick up. There’s still scratches that should’ve been taken care of as well. Seems like just a lack of attention to detail. Your employees may be spread too thin.

Something like a very fine spray ended up on the windshield. But because it has been so cloudy out it only visible in the sunlight shining on the windshield. I bought it back in but it’s still there.
