They did great job. I was satisfied with the work. People were great. Texting service was also great. But after I got exact completion time through a text message, I didn't get any massages regarding delay even though the completion time was already passed. Overall, it was a really nice car repair shop.

Everything was done just as explained. I liked how you kept me posted on how things were progressing. Everyone was professional and waiting room is nice. I like how you had rental car company come to your office, however, enterprise did not bring the car that I was expecting. They brought a smaller one, or one that required me to pay above what insurance would pay. I wasn't very happy with Enterprise but that is not a reflection on you. We have had a better experience with the Kirkwood Enterprise, FYI.
