very little communication regarding completion of work, got an email "estimated completion 3/9/18-3/13/18 11:06 am." huh?
Also, I had an engine light on that was turned off, but came back on the next day. What was fixed?

Repairs took way to long. Initial response was terrible. Estimate was way off. Had to contact after waiting 2 months to schedule repairs. Third or 4th time I have used Heppners. Never at again.

I left a voicemail describing the problem. I picked up my car on Monday but the driver side fender was not correctly installed and therefore not aligned. The person who can fix it was gone for the day so I dropped the car off on Tuesday to have it corrected. When I got home Tuesday and could see my car in better light, I noticed the hood is now wonky and sticks up about ****.5-2 inches above the headlights. I will drop the car off this morning. Again.
