The customer service is really great. The only issue I had is that my car smelled a bit like cigarettes and their was ashes in the car. I’m not sure if the windows were down while they were fixing the car, but they should be more careful when working on someone’s car. Besides that I would rate my overall experience a 4 star out of 5.

SUPER friendly & caring staff! I didn't have to worry about a single thing- they handled everything for me & the work was completed in almost ****/2 the expected time & got it back 4 whole days early. And they even unexpectedly vacuumed my car (which was SO needed)! Highly recommend them.
