They took very good care of my Jeep while it was in their possession. When I got it back it was detailed and vacuumed and the rims were cleaned as well. I would recommend them to anyone that needs work done on their vehicle.

The only negative experience was at and on the last day! Saying the car is ready for pick up and complete- it really wasn’t! You told me from the beginning that anything mechanical will get fixed by one of your local repair shops! Before telling this to the customer, it should of been cleared with the insurance company first instead of the customer having to start dealing with this after you had the car for over two weeks! Now there is no rental and I’m stuck running around to get it fixed and at the mercy of the insurance company from the driver who hit me! I just ndetstand that this problem wasn’t caused by you! Just don’t say it will also get fixed while you are fixing your part of the job! You will look better and sound better with that approach! Other than that, you guys did an amazing job! The car LaoOKS beautiful! Now I have to let the car know it’s not time for Christmas lights yet! Thanks! I will definitely recommend your facility to others!
