All expectations were met except for one minor issue. I asked to fix an intermittent rattle in the back passenger area. Steve thought it was resolved but it reoccurred when I started driving the car. Everything else met or exceeded my expectations.

Steve was very professional in discussing all aspects of the repairs done. I appreciated his seeking an outside expert to check the suspension. He also communicated when he found all of the parts and when the job was completed. The car was ready when he said it would be and had even been washed.

Upon closure inspection of the paint surface I can tell extra care was taken as there was almost no signs that any work had even taken place.
