I could not be any happier with the work done to my Tahoe and the customer service that I was provided! Unfortunately, over the past decade my wife has been accident prone, although mostly not her fault! I have had multiple experiences with car repairs, typically none and I was over enthusiastic about. Service King came highly recommended by a friend of mine. Although, they are contracted with my insurance, they were still considered out of network. That meant that I would have to wait a couple days longer to have my car evaluated and fixed. The car was still drivable, so this was not an issue. Service king called me on a daily basis with updates in accurate estimated time of the Tahoe being fixed. They are contracted through enterprise, so obtaining a rental car was simple. I cannot say enough about how easy this experience was for me and how appreciative I am of Julio and Caesars time! Given my wife’s past track record, I will be back! Thank you! Jay-

All the staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. I was kept informed daily, via text, on the status of my car repair. They also assisted with my car rental and the pickup of the car rental when my car was repaired.

I already said that I very much appreciate the good communication between the Service King store and me, and the high quality of the repairs accomplished body work on my car. I don't understand why this came back to me a second time immediately after I closed it.
