I have no issues with the staff, client service is great. The issue that I have is the length of time it took to complete the estimate and the time to repair from the moment my insurance approved the repair. From 8/21 to 9/13 is totally unreasonably long.

The service was quick and painless. Only suggestion is that you guys have the cars ready to go for pick up I had to wait a while once I paid to actually get my car pulled around, but it wasnt a big deal.
