Dear team,
The vehicle came out looking brand new. Very appreciative of the repair service and strength of communication. My vehicle was ready early, much appreciated. However, there is broken glass all the way from the front seat, to the back seat. White finger Mark's can be found throughout the visors and interior of the vehicle. I suppose this is a repair service center and not a wash and detail. I typically keep my vehicles spotless and it was disheartening to receive in back in another condition. Big thanks to the repair team and admin team.

It took much longer to repair my vehicle than you said. My Volvo was damaged during your repair. Scratches to the paint that I showed you. Then when I was driving home I saw scratches to the driver's side window tint. The scratches are on the inside and were definitely not there before.
General Manager, Johnathan Hoffman looked at the damages because I drove back to Service King before you closed as soon as I saw the damages. He told me you would repair the damages and then drop me off wherever I said. The problem is I am living alone at my art studio temporarily because our house flooded and is under construction and I will have to have a vehicle. I will let my insurance know what has transpired.
