Was not given updates on the status of my vehicle, as promised, until I contacted them directly. Was told my car would be ready the next day two days in a row, and not given an update otherwise until I called to ask about it. I was finally notified that my car was ready, and I drove through rush hour traffic to pick it up, only to find a crack on the bumper that was repaired. Service King didn’t even notice it prior to me picking it up, I’m unsure how that wasn’t noticed during any of their inspections that they said they did. I’m just glad I noticed before I drove the car off the lot.
