Definite issues with communication. Called Thursday at 11 to find out if we were still on schedule so I could make arrangements for pick up on Friday and to see if some specific issues were addressed. I even stopped by in person. I was told I'd get a call back. I never got a call so I called again Friday at 2. Was told I'd get a call back. I didn't. I even went so far to reach out to Geico for an update. I called again on Monday and finally got in touch with the gentleman in charge of my vehicle. I was told they were touching up on the bumper and it would be ready that afternoon or the next day. They would call me when it was ready. Trying to leave for the holidays to go out of town, I called at 4pm on Tuesday only to be told that my car was "sitting out front ready to go". Seriously????!!!! I will be expressing my dissatisfaction to Geico as well about the lack of communication this repair shop displayed.

Not complete satisfied driver side door control pannel has lot of water marks allover the pannel and window possibly they live window down and rain water get inside the vehicle i was so mad now it looks like **** they clean but still damage i will test my controls to make sure they working ok when get dry if not i will call my lawyer.

Took way too long 9/16/19 - 11/15/19. Extremely poor communication (James-advisor). New manager Chris **** did his best to make it better once we asked to talk to him 2 days prior to the car finally being ready.

They went above and beyond to take care of my car.They always kept me informed and were genuinely amazing. The car looks amazing and back to its beautiful self. What really got me is the fact they took the time and vacuumed my car a d cleaned it completely inside and out. I have never had this great of experience with a repair shop so I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will definitely recommend y'all to everyone and if I ever need any repairs I will make sure to come back here.
