Carlos we Service King is the man!!!! He’s thorough. He’s confident. He’s reassuring. He’s informative. He’s up to date. Carlos is the boss!!! Service King should be thrilled to have a hard working representative as Carlos. I own my own Auto Detailing/Power Washing Co. And I have taken on some of Carlos example of his voicemails and his clearness and thoroughness and will be using it with my clients. Like I said. Service King did great work and Carlos made every hung go above and beyond!!!!! Thank you! Promote that man!!!!

We called the store back for some minor details we notice the night we brought our vehicle home. The General manager agreed to meet us on Saturday morning at 9Am to go over our concerns. He did not show and did not leave message with his team. A team member had to call him . We were under the assumption a plan would be in place. Instead we are still waiting. In your slogan "satisfaction guarantee " in this matter I am not a satisfied customer The other issue I have. Service king has been our go to repair shop since I can remember. We choose a location closest to us. We were reverted to another location due to a volume of repairs and are expected to use that location for concerns. If I have known this would be the issue I would have never agreed. Certainly in the near future I will now.

The service advisor Enrique Mesemberg was so awesome, he took care of my car and answered all of my questions. When I came to pick up my car yesterday it looked like it was brand new. I am very happy with the results! Thank you!

Your San Antonio team at Babcock location did an excellent job on my repairs. It took longer than expected but they (Clayton Wallace) kept me informed of the situations. They went above and beyond my expectations! I would definitely recommend Service King for collision repairs. Thank you

I was VERY satisfied with my experience at the store and have NO complaints about any of the Representatives I worked with. The only tiny thing that didn’t go smoothly was apparently somehow in the shop a cosmetic piece on my new bumper got scratched before it was installed, which delayed me getting my car back a couple of days - but, I had an insurance covered rental. I was alerted the minute the issue was discovered and it was handled incredibly well, I understand mistakes happen and would give my experience a 99% rating. Frankly the “all or nothing” approach of this survey is WAY more irritating to me than the scratch and slight delay because it makes me worried that the store/service people will be penalized when they did an overall amazing job with one small, perfectly human error that was handled exactly the way it needed to be handled

Was told car was ready on Thursday but there were imperfections in paint and the taillight on lift gate was popped out and broken. Went back on Saturday when told car was done, light was only popped in place, but was not replaced and on clip was gone other was broken. So had to get rental since needed for work. Car finally done on Tuesday. No attention to detail in initial damage assessment and then when I pointed out damaged tail light, still did not pay attention to detail and did not replace broken light. Think SK should pay for rental since it was the shops fault for needing one. Will not take my car to another SK

When I first called to set an appointment your Dallas office said they would have my rental at Service King. When I arrived at Service King San Antonio this was not the case. Everything was eventuality worked out. As far as service & quality of work we were very satisfied with San Antonio branch.Yo cut down on future confusion it would help that Dallas & San Antonio familiarize theirselves with what servixes are offered from each
