I feel the work performed is a very good quality however I think your info system ****. The reason I say this is because you guys had no idea who I was and I have repeatedly done business with you for the past several years. The system required me to put both a repair number and my name and my phone number not or one or the other. That’s pretty **** stupid. The little iPad thing you have set up in the front is not only Awkward but I had no idea who I was either. Also, for the third time I was told my car would be ready and it took two additional work days. You put the service advisor in a awkward position when you do that!

From the minute I walked into the service station I was greeted and welcomed by the receptionist Maria who was very professional and attentive. I then spoke to Chris the representative that handled my vehicle repairs. He went over all the details step-by-step from the beginning my car was turned over to them and to the completion of the repairs. Chris always updated me on the vehicle status. Chris was very polite professional and attentive to my needs. He gave me peace of mind knowing that my vehicle was in good hands and I would be updated frequently.
