Only thing I will comment, I think you kept my car unnecessarily three weeks; too long. It was stressful to be driving a rental car risking to damage it, not fitting my needs. Too costly for the insurance company.

I liked that I received updates about my car via email. However, then I started calling to get updates towards the end because I was unsure when my car would be ready.
Communication was terrible - the completion date changed 4 or 5 times, each time with either no notice or notice late in the day, making it very difficult to know when we would need to plan to pick up the car.
