I feel I was discriminated against as being a single woman. if I was a man this would not of happened my insurance company USAA put the payment into my USAA checking account they did not inform me a head of time anywhere in written notice that they did not take checks so I was going to pay them with a USAA check and they made me feel stranded my rental car place told me today they would of let me keep the car as long as I needed it they made me feel stranded I don't appreciate how the whole thing was handled I would like an apology thank you

I have had several vehicles repaired by the Briggs Autobody Shop in Manhattan. This time the results were the same. My vehicle was finished ahead of the projected date, the original quote was 100% accurate, and of course, my car looked excellent. The paint match was perfect. I have a gorgeous lithium red pearl paintjob and was worried it would be off - but it was perfectly matched. They waxed the repaired door panel and cleaned the entire vehicle. Could not be happier with the fine people at Briggs Autobody. I would highly recommend to family and friends alike.
