Everything was just fine except you ordered an incorrect part so I have to bring my truck back in (from Wamego) for that final work. I have been waiting to hear from you that the part is in. You said it would be in last Monday but no word from you. Please let me know when you have it so we can get this finished up. (Tom Boley)

On at least 2 occasions I called regarding my repair, was told my call would be returned and was not. I had to call back to get answers. The phone rang 5 or more times before being answered; I usually hung up, impatient over waiting and my call was not directed to an answering machine. On 2 different occasions - for the same repair, I was told all parts had been received and a repair date was scheduled, however not all parts had been received and still missing two parts. I understand the supply chain issues in the car industry, but i didn't receive accurate communication - in fact no communication about parts not received. I told the repair was complete and would be ready at a certain time. I arrived 30 minutes after that time and my vehicle was still not ready. My car is still missing 2 parts

Not your fault since getting the part to hold the light in place is a problem. It has fallen out once since the last time you tried. Hopefully you will someday be able to find the repair part. I will not be surprised if you give up. thanks for trying. You have my husband Dan's number.

My suv had around $6,000 in body work done. It was there for 10 days, The first thing I did when I got it back was wash it and vacuumed it out. I am satisfied with the work, but it would have been nice to have a clean car returned.

I just had my Malibu repaired at Briggs after an insurance claim and they were so wonderful! Great customer service, completed the repair in the time quoted, and you can't even tell anything ever happened! 10/10 would recommend.
