It was not explained the day I went in for estimate that I must book my repairs right then and there or it would be another 6 weeks to "book". The staff in the front office were not very pleasant or helpful. I felt I was an imposition. Other than that I was very pleased.

The vehicle was very dirty & had to wait to clean it. Workers did not cover seats from protection of them sitting in the car with dusty & dirty clothes when they transported tge vehicle from shop to different shops.

You went above and beyond, straightening the license plate my child had bent and clearly had nothing to do with the accident. Small little touches like that just make the car look better than it has in years, and the actual repairs are flawless. Great work!
