The only thing that was disappointing was the wet console and carpet in the front of the car when we picked it up. I guess it was let out in the rain with a window down or the window seal missing.

I was contacted to pick up my vehicle. I found some misalignments and an attempt was made to repair. Vehicle came back out and found other issues with repair. Left vehicle and contacted the following day. I again found some misalignments and waited until repair made . I took vehicle home and after inspecting found other alignment issues. I will contact service rep but this is unfortunate that Your employees are not finding the misalignments before driving off with vehicle.

Good morning I was happy with the well done job. My car looks good, runs good, I'm getting used to driving again. I had to get used to driving the rental and I appreciate my car more. I liked that you'll kept calling and leaving messages to give us updates on the repairs. Even though it took longer after the date that you'll said to fix it, but I'm happy it looks very good. Thank you! And I wish u a merry Christmas and blessed 2018 year.

I had to go back after I picked up my vehicle because my vehicle wasn’t all tighenting up an hoses were still loose. It took over a week to even find all the problems. A lot of time nearly two weeks before they started even working on it.

The passenger door window tint was not replaced , though I am glad Chris agreed to let me take it to joeys glass for repair at Bates cost, I just hope he meant what he said

The communication the first week was good, but the second week was non-existent. The work was good, but displeased with the communication. We have used Bates before and were pleased.
