i was not happy with the way I was treated in the front desk the first time i came to your shop to drop off my vehicle.. I felt like i was not welcome...The lady. just handed me the papers without explaining what it was and asked for my credit card without explaining that you have to charge $50 for a deposit and i have to find it out myself.the lady wasn't friendly at all. ..at that moment i really wanted to walk out of your shop and go somewhere else. was not happy about it..I hope that is not the way she treats your customers.... I was satisfied with everything you've done to my vehicle, though, u did a great job. thanks.
