Tom was great to work with and communicated any updates that were needed along the way. If I did not hear from him, there were no updates which was nice. Highly recommend anyone with Geico who was in an accident to use SVE. They were communicative, timely, and explained anything I did not understand very well across from the mechanics to myself.

SVE Autobody took such good care of us from start to finish after we were rear ended. They communicated with the other party’s insurance and made sure no detail was ignored while they fixed up our car - Melanie and the rest of the team helped me navigate replacing our kids’ car seats, taking care of our rental car, and making sure we didn’t pay a dime of our own money. Our car looks better than new, too — they do such good work! I would recommend them over and over.

from start to finish everything went as expected Batya was great to work with. Very knowledgeable, always willing to answer questions. Genuinely friendly and pleasant. Those that helped when Batya was not available were wonderful as well. I appreciated the timely communication as well.
