I waited before completing this survey, so that I could get some miles on the vehicle in order to evaluate the car’s behavior, after the repairs.
The repair work was great! I do not see how it could be improved or in anyway made better.
My only complaint is that when the original estimate was provided to me, the estimator did not explain to me that the total repairs could exceed the original estimate. I’m sure I would have accepted that possibility, if it had been explained.
I want to acknowledge and honor the manager Mike Myers for providing me a discount of nearly $800 on the approximate $7,900 final bill. I would recommend SVE Auto Body to anyone.
