Lack of communication and no attention to detail. Said Ford packaged my bumper incorrectly in the box. But took them 4 days of having my vehicle to figure this out !!! Work still isn’t done but they’ve been paid in full by insurance company already. Then they wanted out deductible but our work still isn’t complete. Management was very unprofessional to my husband when he questioned why this happened. I brought my 2021 SUV here because I bought it at a Bowditch Ford. Never again will they get my service after I finally get my work completed.

First, everything with the repair went great. Communications were timely and accurate and the final product was great. Second, as a person who seldom uses a collision repair shop it could be interesting to hear what more you might be able to do for me while my car is in. I'm referring to over and above whatever the repair it is in for. The representative did a walk around with me and identified other existing damage on the vehicle that was not part of the insurance repair work. It might have been helpful to me to hear that as long as you were going to mix paint and spray one area it might be a good time, cost and time wise, to fix a couple of other identified blemishes. I get my car repaired, including some extra areas, and Bowditch makes a little more money. I also have more good things to tell friends about the service a Bowditch.

They ruined the paint on my car around the fuel door that they replaced. The repair guys left the tape residue from the duck tape that was holding the damaged fuel door on. So our consultant Barbie had to try to remove the residue herself because the techs had gone to lunch. Evidently, she used some sort of paint thinner to remove the residue, but it also removed and scratched the surface area around the fuel door. I appreciate Barbie’s help, but it was very disappointing that the tech team didn’t finish the job completely and professionally. I will NOT be recommending Bowditch to any of my friends, family, and business colleagues. Sorry, train your repair technicians to do better work, so your non-tech staff members don’t have to try to fix the work they didn’t, and damage another customer’s vehicle in the process.

The Estimator Barbie was excellent with keeping me informed and explaining all of the repairs. The body man and paint man did absolutely beautiful work. You would never know that I had over $8K worth of work done to the car. I HIGHLY recommend Team Bowditch!

It took to long. I acknowledge that part of the problem was getting the glass. Also, when I got the truck back I was installing new mats in the front. I decided to vacuum the back and found glass under the back mats. Some much for “detailing”
