I wish Ford would have paid for it. They know Escapes have a paint problem but they seem to just want to ignore the problem. It definitely was a manufacture problem but I wanted to keep by car so in my profession I had to pay for it to be painted. I will think twice before I buy another Escape. Mine is a 14 but I friends with 18’s with the same problem. Thank you for listening

I was originally working with Barbie, no communication for 2 weeks. I called back and was assigned to Clinton. He told me he was ordering my parts. A few weeks go by no communication. I go into the shop and Clinton told me he dropped the **** and never ordered my parts. He then got very frustrated saying that they are over worked and overwhelmed. He said all of this to me in front of the receptionist Briana. I told him uf this is the case and I need to take my car somewhere else, he said that’’s fine because honestly I have been doing this for over 40 years and I am over it. You can see that he was stressed out. I said, I just want my car fixed. He promised to irder the parts and communicate better. I then started getting text saying my car was being being repaired. It was still in my driveway. Then I was told to bring my car in because the parts would be there. I take my car in to find my parts are still in New York, but he never followed up or checked before I came to drop off the car. He then said it would be in next week. I call ahead this time to be assigned to Rob, I think that was his name. He apologized and said Clinton is out sick and don’t know if he is returning. I asked if he could help. He said Yes. He then said 3 of tbe 6 parts are in. I said wait a minute, Clinton told me that everything was there they just needed the lift gate. (When I initially went in) He said let me check with parts team real quick. He came back and said, yes bring your vehicle up here we have your parts. I took it to them on Tuesday, they said they would have it done by Friday. I let them know I was going out of town Friday , for 5 days. So they said they would try. I called the morning I dropped it off to ensure it was in the bay and it was. I then sent a message to ensure it would be worked on. I had no trust with them. Clinton calls me to tell me the vehicle is now in paint. I then called later and asked what time I could pick it up. I go to pick up. When I went in reverse it started beeping. I figured it was something new. I left the next morning to head out of town and stopped at a store. When I went to back out, the car brake checked me. It sensed something behind me. It did this several times. Once I arrived in SC it got worse, so my best friend and I walked behind my vehicle to see that the left sensor was inside the hole, halfway down. I called Clinton and he said it must happened while you were in SC driving on their messy roads. Ridiculous, this man never accepts any level of ownership, responsibility, accountability. He then tells me he has been out due to covid. When I returned on Monday with my car he wanted to apologize for all if his actions and blame his illness. He once again repeated how he has been here 40 years and over the business blah blah blah. I will tell you the biggest frustration was his lack of communication, his lack if follow through, not ordering the parts to begin with and his poor customer service. Had I not already started the process with Bowditch Ford Collision, I would have taken my car somewhere else.

Terrible experience!!! Poor communication skills, not only did I have to play messenger between bowditch and my insurance, I specifically pointed out numerous times what damages needed to be fixed that was not included in the estimate and they still wasn’t fixed when I was told my vehicle was ready!! I had to go and pick up the running boards from crutchmans myself!!! Doing their job all to be told they couldn't be mounted to my vehicle HOURS LATER, when in fact I put them on myself the same day I left within 30 mins of opening the box! So no overall the service was very piss poor in my opinion, I shouldn't have even had to pay anything for all of the inconvenience they have caused and all the work that I had to do myself to get my vehicle fixed

Clifton is definitely an industry professional. He really knows his stuff when it comes to collision repair. He and his team were able to repair the issue with my vehicle on time and with minimal intrusion. I feel like they took the best course of action for my needs. I am very happy with what they did and I am happy to recommend them to others. Thanks again for a job well done! Happy holidays!
