Bowditch repaired my car without any communication from me. There is no signed work order fro me for you to have “fixed” my car. The car was supposed to have been taken to the collision shop where it was deemed to be totaled. It had been involved in a wreck and had taken a major hit from behind. The frame of the car was bent. I would like my $280 put back on my credit card.

I wish Ford would have paid for it. They know Escapes have a paint problem but they seem to just want to ignore the problem. It definitely was a manufacture problem but I wanted to keep by car so in my profession I had to pay for it to be painted. I will think twice before I buy another Escape. Mine is a 14 but I friends with 18’s with the same problem. Thank you for listening
