My Damage Appraiser - Efrain Medellin was AWESOME!!
He is courteous, knowledgeable and oversees that the repairs are completed correctly. He had to send back my car hood due to it not correctly fitting as it should have. The mechanic saw it also and between both of them they made sure the service repair was done properly.
Efrain Medellin helps to give River Oaks Chrysler an A+ in care to always do the job correctly. He also kept me in constant notice of the progress of the service job.
