The level of care I received at this establishment, not once, but twice in a years time was outstanding. I swear the vehicles look better now then they did before the collision. Both my Highlander and my hummer are looking great with no mechanical complications.

My relationship manager was wonderful. He's a really nice guy. Perfectly experience. I e been enjoying my "new" car extensively. Don't really know why Port City Collision (who couldn't accommodate me until late December) is the only"Audi-cerified body shop service providers - was the facset I was dealing with. That seems like **** in context of what I know today. Someone amongst you is a **** ****

My headlights do not match. One was replaced and the other is cloudy and yellow. My car doesn’t look right at all.

They did a great job! Only thing i would say is to tell customers how to get rid of the paint smell inside of the car. Overall very pleased and would come back and refer them to anyone that needed their services
