First and foremost I would like to thank Paul, Robert and Kenneth for going above and beyond to exceed my expectations of the quality of repairs done. They are very talented and skilled at their craft. I was very pleased with the entire team at Hendricks. Everyone was so pleasant, courteous, upbeat and professional! I felt as if I was the number one customer. I was overwhelmed when I saw my Lexus LS430. The attention to detail was awesome! I have found a collision center that I can be confident they will exceed my expectations on any repairs in the future. Your body shop is not near my home but I repair there b/c you do a good job and KEN always goes above and beyond. I have been in insurance for 14.5 years and I can tell you that you are very lucky to have him Also... shout out to Tony. You run a great shop!

Very satisfied with Tony's team and Tony himself. The work was done in a timely manner, the quality of the work is the best I have seen and the staff is very friendly and courteous, my vehicle looked like it just came out of the factory. In addition to that Tony returns phone calls right away and I appreciated that very much. I would not take both of my vehicles anywhere else.

extremely nice staff. I got a few calls updating me on the status of my car. and texts in between that with status updates. not annoying though. just the right amount. when I picked up my car. Paul was very nice and let me know everything that happened. he was most helpful! my car looks amazing. as good as when I bought it.
