Service King has been great with communication and customer service. My only complaint is that I took my car home and the tire pressure light was on. While my tires weren't directly related to my accident, something like the pressure should've been checked.

Delivery date was expected on WED. But it got delayed by **** day. Which I m not happy. But other things like service and sharing information is good.

The service was great! The only disappointment was the cleaning solution that was used on my steering wheel, it left an awful residue that I can’t seem to get off and appears to dull the leather.

The service provided by the team at the Etna location was great. From the initial phone call with Jason to set the appointment to then dropping off the vehicle & picking it up he was very personable, attentive to our needs & kept us informed through the entire process as promised with a personal phone call. Our truck looks brand new again! He promised if there are any issues down the road there is a lifetime warranty on their work. Thank you Service King Etna for such a positive experience!

Car was damaged while in your care. Repair was not properly done. Left side mirror did not have object sensor for blind spot
Jason did a great job with every step. I was fully informed of everything that was going on at all times and the car was done long before I was told to expect it. They also washed and vacuumed it, which was a really nice surprise. Truly excellent service all around.

****. The phone number listed online for your Etna location is a fax. And when I call the customer service hub to try to get a hold of the Etna location, I still can't get through. Either the phone number they give me doesn't work, or it gets disconnected (call back to only have it ring to a Verizon voicemail).
2. When I got through to the Etna location, or at least I believe it was the Etna location, I spoke with a female who was very rude. She had attitude and spoke as if she was above me/I had a mental disorder. (Good thing the customer service hub/center are nothing but wonderful/pleasant.)
3. When calling to inquire about my car I was told that the texts that I was getting, are not only wrong, but they have no control over what goes out/when goes out.
4. When called to inquire about my car there was obvious miscommunication on your end and I was told wrong information about when my car would be ready. I called the day I was told it should be ready for pick up only to be told it was further behind in the process than the day prior.
5. Finally after picking it up, there was dirt, oil stains, and green paint on the inside of my car; I have a gold car.
You do wonderful autobody work. And when my husband picked up the car, you explained what was wrong to his satisfaction (he explained to me, but the damage is done), but there was no communication to the customer during the 3 weeks the car was at the shop. Should my State Farm agent call to see how I'm doing, I'll be sure to let her know what great work you do, but the cons associated with your company.
Overall the car looked really good. The door had to get replaced, and painted and you could hardly notice . They did a nice job of blending g the paint. I was surprised by the amount of time it took to do the repairs, but regardless it looks good. Their neighbors at Ebterprise also hooked me up with a nice Suburban while the repairs were being done.
