My car was hit and majorly damaged on your lot after repairs were almost complete. I do appreciate that Service King is taking care of the extra repairs quickly and well. However, I cannot overlook the fact that there was no camera to hold the culprit (possibly a garbage truck) responsible and that this may have happened before to someone else. This is very disappointing. I hope that this happening twice will move you to make changes to protect the vehicles on your lot.
Again, those at Service King Etna are doing what they can to remedy this and have been very apologetic. But there should be changes.

Service king was great! I was so upset after being involved in an accident and I have to say that service king made the experience a lot less stressful. I was so excited to pick up my car, which was completed in a very reasonable time span. The cherry on top was the surprise inside and out detail !
