3D Collision Centers - Conshohocken

Extremely happy with 3d collision center Conshohocken. Very helpful, from calling the car rental company to the text updates throughout the repair process. Everyone was very friendly.

I had a call that my car was ready to bring home, when I got there after having to leave work early, I noticed that the door that they repaired was not aligned correctly with the frame of my car, then I noticed that my rain guard that they replaced on that door they had cracked/broken and put it on there anyway, so I went to look in my car and I noticed someone was drinking in my car, the guy from the shop told me that it would only take a couple minutes to adjust the door that they replaced that wasn't aligning with the frame of my car and I told him I had a dentist appointment that I will come back tomorrow. The following day for the second time getting ready to pick my car up the cup of whatever they were drinking in my car was still in my cup holder so I asked Alec to come and remove it, the door looked okay with the alignment, he said he ordered me a new ring guard which will be in 2 weeks, so as I started my car up I looked in the cup holder and it was corroded with all kinds of liquid, from the cup that was sitting in there for I don't know how long. My car was there for 2 weeks. Alec said he addressed it to the manager. I did not receive a phone call from the manager regarding the situation. I dealt with 3D Auto in Spring City numerous times in the past. And never did I have any problems like I did with this one in Conshohocken.

The staff here are amazing. I’ve never had such a great experience like this with any other repair shop besides here. They were so good with communicating with me and their estimated repair date/time was accurate! Shout out to Greg, Diane, Krystal, and I’m definitely missing someone else but for real, shout out to yall! What a fantastic crew and experience. Give them all a raise please.

Everyone was very professional. Also, I appreciated receving daily updates on the status of the repairs.

Your team recommended a full bumper replacement which only cost me $500 combined with the insurance claim. The front of the car looks almost new with 70K miles on it

Communicated really well on every step of the repair. Staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The coordination with the rental car went smoothly. Everything met expectations.

The collison team kept notified during the repair process and it was helpful to be updated with those progress reports. I would recommend 3D to anyone needing car repairs.

They worked quickly and were super nice from start to finish, it really made me having to trek out there less of an inconvenience how well they took care of my darling Tesla. The older lady at the front desk especially was really lovely.
