The overall repairs were great but the time it took was unacceptable. My vehicle should have been a ten day repair it turned into a twenty work day repair. Parts were ordered incorrectly on two occasions ame the first time I was called to pick up the truck none of the paint work on the right side had been done. To top that off I wAs told that would take two more days that turned into five. Very subpar.

Was told when dropped jaguar off tat would be completed that Friday 3 weeks later it was completed bad estimate of time required. Return phone calls about insurance and appraisals did not exist due to Mr Austin Bier. He is a smart guy he does not communicate with customer at all he is never available. If he ever was available he obviously was not using time wisely enough to make time to call customers back at a bare minimum once a week. He did not return messages or phone calls made directly to him. I had rather be told the truth I don't like being lied to. The car was fixed well however I blame all of this on century management who should have stepped in and helped with communication with customer. Thought prices were very reasonable and the actual work done to the car seems good thus far.
