Three phone calls left messages to call me back and no immediate response received. I got a phone call message and one text at the end. It appears that office is not manned except in the mornings. Maybe It is my personal problem but I appreciate good communications. The repair work and post cleaning were very acceptable. I would have no problem recommending Century for collision work. The car looks like it did before I took it into the Collision Center. Almost Perfect! They did a great job and Tim kept me posted as to the progress. They have done a great job both times I have used them for repairs on my BMWs. Professional job in all respects! Highly recommend!!

I got acquainted with Tim Bollinger and David Graf, and I can honestly say that I have never been made to feel more comfortable with an insurance claim/collision repair. The Century body shop team was such a pleasure to deal with that I will ceartainly not even consider another shop for any of my Porsche, or other car repairs! At 74, I have had quite a few experiences with shop in my lifetime, but never before treated so pleasantly nor as satisfied with the results.

Would be great if the body shop customer was notified that her part had not come in before the customer drove 50 minutes for her appt. and then drove 50 minutes home again without a repair. Frankly, this customer doesn't care which warehouse the part came from, especially since her initial appt was on 3 April. On the next trip in the part was available and the headlight was replaced while the customer waited.

I am very displeased with the work performed by jaguar of Huntsville. I have listed several omitted repairs. The right rear door flushed even like the other doors,right light is loose(need to be replaced.The child seat safety latch in right rear window cover broken don't understand why that was even touched. The reverse sensor goes off as soon as car is put in reverse and there isn't anything never the bumper. No rear wheel alignment as indicated.black sealer marks left on interior. No one test drove before signing off bc the car damages wasn't enough to give it superb attention. I have always been pleased with the execellent service in the past but not this time. Spending time at an Auto Body shop, never a bucket list item. However, Century Auto made the experience painless and delightful despite our circumstances. Tim B and team did a splendid job for us and delivered our vehicle that looked brand spanking new. I do not understand why other service companies cannot duplicate their quality care. Now, I need to convince Century Auto that I should be a new owner of a Black Metallic Cayman GT4.
