after the initial repair, there was terrible noise from the air conditioning fan. Brought it back for repair and they claim to a fixed it. Got it home and it still making the same noise. Completely dissatisfied with front-end service and with the work. No service advisor met me at the vehicle the second time to tell me what had been repaired and to double-check that I was satisfied with the delivery

I was very Satisfied with the estimate, scheduling and work that was done on my Vehicle. Shawn (Estimator) was very professional and was able to give me a fair price and also was able to have my truck back to me in a reasonable time. He also provide me with pictures of the work being done and that was a big thumbs up in my eyes.
I had know problem paying for the repair and your office staff was also very professional.
I liked getting the daily updates to let me know everything was going ok and my pick up time was still on schedule.
I will def refer my family and friends to Pacific Elite.
