The estimated that you guys gave me was originally lower than what I pick up for. You guys order the wrong emblem for my car which took me longer for me to pick up my car. Took an extra weekend. The girls up front didn’t answer my questions nor did they know what they were doing. I guess you guys were training a new girl? Luckily, it’s the Insurance’s paying for the car damages but if I was a customer paying off the damages then I wouldn’t be happy
