Parts that should have been replaced during the repair were not. This resulted in an extra trip up to have my car inspected, plus future trips for dropping off and picking up my car for the second repair. Pat is doing his best to make things right, but I do hope for a little something extra for my troubles

There was a flaw in the paint on one door. I pointed it out immediately. My representative stated the problem would be fixed or the door would be re-painted. I feel something I saw immediately, should have been caught by the ****. With this yet to be remedied exception, I am completely satisfied.

Pat was great to work with and helped me walk through the process well. We had a few bumps with the insurance company that was paying for the repairs but Pat was helpful in getting through those as well. The actual repairs and body work was the least of our challenges in the process.

The job was very well done and interaction was very professional. One issue is that I had requested that some glass shards be removed from inside the tailgate during repair. Those were not removed and continue to rattle around when lifting the gate. Thanks,
