- Some PDR jobs are so poor. You can literally see the dents. I will show you tomorrow when I visit. - Seatbelt was not properly reassembled. I will show all these tomorrow. - Huge interior trim gap left in the LT Quarter panel - RT cargo light doesn’t work (it should be on upon opening the liftgate. The LT side one works. - RT quarter panel exterior trim is misaligned - Lots of scratches on the body but you said you’ll solve it so that’s fine - 3 parts are still on backorder, which can happen, but communication should have been better. I had no clue about this until the pickup date whereas we talked a few times the past month. - The dash has a lots of dust which may have been there because of the var sitting in the shop for too long. I can and will clean it and that’s okay. At this point I just lost my hope. I am will end up spending more in Uber rides than my deductible sadly. I really hope and wish that you will try to address these issues. When I will show the car, you would see everything that I just said. You are a top company and after seeing your estimates and the attention to detail I was blown away and was really happy that you guys are meticulous. Now, I am really sad. Nothing else to say.

The work on the car was good quality. I was not happy with the length of time it took to make the repair, over a month. It would help if you told customers upfront that the delays may be due to delays in receiving parts.

When I got The Green Goddess (My name for Her). She was as beautiful as the Day I bought Her in 2017! I was very pleased ????

My 4Runner looks brand new again! Though it longer than I thought it would, the end results are great! All my interactions with Schoonover were very professional and efficient.

Did such a great job replacing my windshield. It was like I got a new car back!

I just had the oil changed and tires rotated. My only complaint was with the recommendation to replace the cabin and engine intake filters. I do them annually myself but the estimate was way too costly for those two items, it was more than the cost of the oil change & tire rotation.

Parts that should have been replaced during the repair were not. This resulted in an extra trip up to have my car inspected, plus future trips for dropping off and picking up my car for the second repair. Pat is doing his best to make things right, but I do hope for a little something extra for my troubles
