It was the worse shop experience I ever had. It took 10 days to fix rims and tires. I was told the truck was cleaned but I found boot prints on the interior and mud on the outside. The estimate was ridiculously high. Absolutely horrible service. I was not updated properly on the progress. I had to call everyday.

The process was completely professional and exact, which was a good experience although a little more exact than personal. The staff was friendly, just a little too mechanical and impersonal. But overall, a very good experience.

It is like talking to a used car salesman, they just tell you what you want to hear, not necessarily the truth. Car comes in on Monday, your system tells me it should be done Friday at end of day. Goes on to send 4 text messages restating this, even one Friday morning. Called at 4:30 Friday afternoon was told it was done but waiting for final inspection by yours and insurance company. Knowing how little needs to be looked at I chanced it to come over before the weekend and pick it up. I arrive and was told again to my face that it was done, your inspection was done, but insurance company hadn’t done theirs yet. Funny thing is the car was right there where you could see it through the window, wheel was off, and fender was off. The odds of 2 blue Fiestas with damage to the same spot being in your shop at same time is very low, add to that the custom tiger head on hood and it is not possible. It wasn’t done, when I called earlier it wasn’t even close. I leave, get the text it will be done Monday by end of day. Monday came and went and even after you closed nothing was changed on the status. Tuesday comes, no change, it says it should be done yesterday by 5:30. Your system isn’t kept current, taking extra days due to this delay or that isn’t what I am talking about. Your system you promote is wrong, you must not keep it up to date, and worst, when in person or on phone it isn’t the truth being told.
